Cross Cultural Issues in Regional Sales – Gaining the Advantage
The South Asian region is one of the most culturally diversified areas in the world with differences in ethnic backgrounds; religions, preferences; tastes and all these have important impact on sales. While the product or service marketing mix plays an important role in sales, it is the finer points of sensitivity to cultural issues in salesmanship that secures the contract. The purpose of this seminar is to develop cross cultural understanding, sensitivity and applications in sales personnel who operate in the South Asian region.
The objectives are:-
• Introduce the principles for cross cultural sensitisation
• Apply it to salesmanship
• Receive hands on practice on using these techniques through Action Learning.
