Anger Management

Chronic anger affect people both physically and emotionally. While most people can use their anger in appropriate ways in some situations, it can be ineffectual in others. Anger Management will raise participants’ awareness of what anger is, how it is developed, and ways to prevent and perpetuate it.

At the end of the training, participants will be able to:
• Define anger and show how it works
• Manage anger using a variety of ways
• Discuss letting go of the past
• Handle other people’s anger
