Our 2-day exploration of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) TM in the workplace focuses on understanding misunderstanding, and eliciting cooperation from superiors, colleagues and subordinates alike. NVC TM also helps us to recognise shared values and needs, to increase goodwill between coworkers, customers, family and friends, and to build lasting solutions to everyday problems based on consensus and respect.
