Solving Problems with Creative Solutions
There are three elements that I would recommend for this type of program, assuming it is four days in duration:
- Thinking about Thinking: Theoretical models and concepts to help the participants understand how the brain works – this element sets-up the workshop and focuses on the context and concepts
- Create Problem Solving - A Process: Developing a process using a series of techniques that produce creative solutions – this element forms the main part of the workshop
- Application: Working on a real and live challenges, issues and problems – this elements adds ‘reality’. It ensures that the participants connect the process to their work/lives and don’t see the workshop and its content as isolated experience.
