Technical Leadership™ for Technical Professionals

Technical Leadership™ is a research-based course designed specifically for technical professionals in leadership roles. This three-day workshop presents concepts using a pragmatic, goal-oriented approach that matches the style of these professionals. Participants understand the rationale behind the strategies and skills through a mix of instruction, discussion, and practice.
They then learn to apply the skills through practice and peer feedback.
