Increasing Productivity Among Administrators

Introduction:

Secretaries and administrators today not only have to serve in administrative role but also do part of their boss’s work. They have to take charge of sensitive corporate issues, difficult customers, unco-operative colleagues and all these demand their best interpersonal skills in solving problems and making the right decisions. They have gradually moved into a management function naturally and rapidly whilst retaining their secretarial role.
